I went to visit Hypnosis Houston about a month ago for my initial visit. Candidly, I went in dealing with an addictive behavior that I wanted to discontinue, and I was completely exasperated, having tried medications, traditional talk therapy, reading books and more. When I spoke with TC, the first thing that struck me is he is incredibly insightful and articulate. We had a conversation about my goals and about the process and what to expect, and then we did some exercises, and finally, he “hypnotized” me. I put it in quotes because it was hypnosis in the traditional sense, being put in a deep relaxed state and listening to spoken suggestions, but it’s not hokey like it is depicted on TV. After our 90 minute appointment he told me to give him a call in a week if I wanted to discuss or have another session. I did not call him, instead I went on about life and gradually things began to change. I did not notice it or attribute to the hypnosis at first, but after looking back and thinking about it, there was a marked change after my hypnosis in my own thought patterns, which in turn has changed my behavior. For example, I have been dissatisfied with my career for many years and have been told by just about everyone that I should go into business for myself, which I have always brushed off because of my aversion to risk and fear of failure. After the hypnosis, suddenly my mind is not hampered with as many of the negative messages that I used to tell myself. Instead this persistent thought keeps appearing that I control my destiny, that I can manifest anything that I desire. This thought has broken my old patterns of behavior and so many amazing things are happening in my life. I fully believe that the suggestions presented to me in my session have transformed my mind and life, because I was willing and open to the suggestion. My advice is give it a try. You have only a relatively small amount of money to lose and your whole life to gain. Try it!
