T F2022-10-10I went to TC to help with a bad habit. After speaking with him, he went right to the root of the problem. Stress! Stress was destroying my body physically. Immediately after the first session, I felt lighter and happy. I am 2 months from my first visit. I have lost 13 pounds without dieting. As far as my bad habit, it's no longer a bad habit. I can't thank him enough for all that he has done. I went for 2 sessions. Rita Barnett2022-03-07I went to visit Hypnosis Houston about a month ago for my initial visit. Candidly, I went in dealing with an addictive behavior that I wanted to discontinue, and I was completely exasperated, having tried medications, traditional talk therapy, reading books and more. When I spoke with TC, the first thing that struck me is he is incredibly insightful and articulate. We had a conversation about my goals and about the process and what to expect, and then we did some exercises, and finally, he “hypnotized” me. I put it in quotes because it was hypnosis in the traditional sense, being put in a deep relaxed state and listening to spoken suggestions, but it’s not hokey like it is depicted on TV. After our 90 minute appointment he told me to give him a call in a week if I wanted to discuss or have another session. I did not call him, instead I went on about life and gradually things began to change. I did not notice it or attribute to the hypnosis at first, but after looking back and thinking about it, there was a marked change after my hypnosis in my own thought patterns, which in turn has changed my behavior. For example, I have been dissatisfied with my career for many years and have been told by just about everyone that I should go into business for myself, which I have always brushed off because of my aversion to risk and fear of failure. After the hypnosis, suddenly my mind is not hampered with as many of the negative messages that I used to tell myself. Instead this persistent thought keeps appearing that I control my destiny, that I can manifest anything that I desire. This thought has broken my old patterns of behavior and so many amazing things are happening in my life. I fully believe that the suggestions presented to me in my session have transformed my mind and life, because I was willing and open to the suggestion. My advice is give it a try. Calli Melton2021-07-09I am a 27 year old that needs a transplant, but in order for me to be approved, I have to quit smoking. Which I have smoked 1-2 packs a day for closer to 15 years now. I have tried just about everything and turned to hypnosis as a last resort..and as a huge skeptic. Fast forward to first phone call: He immediately asked what my motivation was because he made it clear if I felt pressured by anyone or anything else, he couldn't help me. He's not doing this for only financial gain but the act of helping his patients. Fast forward to first meeting: session took 2 hours. He spent time asking about what I envisioned my future to be like and not all the reasons why I smoked. It seems like he's just talking like a therapist but you'll find out the entire time you are in his presence, he's working on you. I felt comfortable, and light. It's not magic, it's just a fascinating practice. AFTER HYPNOSIS CONCLUSION: for the first time in 10 years I got in my truck and didn't need to smoke. I could barely say or think the words "cigarette" or "smoke". As if it didn't exist in my vocabulary anymore. I felt like there's something I should be doing, but couldn't place it. For the first time in over a decade, I haven't had a cigarette in days, and don't feel the desire too. He trained me to think the future is more important that harmful things so I don't process the harmful thing anymore. I don't know why or how exactly it worked but I am thankful it did. I can now get on my transplant list! All because of who would've thought... Hypnosis. About the doctor: I felt comfortable, he obviously can profile people instantly so don't lie to him or the ineffectual treatment is on yourself. He is very friendly and cares about helping and connecting. I feel like HE was what set me up for success. 100/100 recommend and plan on seeing him again for sugar cravings since the first results were unbelievable!
